Why the cancelled registration matters
Foreo Oceania Pty Ltd held ARTG entry 288695 for a blue-light phototherapy lamp, home-use, and cancelled it at its own request. A device on the ARTG has been through the regulatory requirements for supply as a therapeutic good in Australia. One sold as a cosmetic device has not, because it is not represented as being for a therapeutic use.
